Contact us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data provided will be stored by us for 12 months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for later contract processing, the website operator stores the IP data of the subscriber as part of cookies, as well as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the guests.
Obligation to register, guest tax and Brandnertalcard
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing and registration data collection and transfer: Birthday of all guests.
The data you provide are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the registration data to the community of Brand to comply with the registration law and the guest tax and to the Brandnertal tourist office to issue the Brandertalcard. With your booking you have agreed to the above-mentioned transfer of your data for the booking period.
After a booking request, the personal data stored by us will be deleted. In the case of a booking, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract, e.g. documentation rights and obligations according to accounting, tax law, contracts, reporting, legal disputes ) of the GDPR.
